Through the Driver’s Eyes, Driven by Continental Tire, Debuts on FS1

Tune in and set your DVR’s for Wednesday, March 5, 2014 when, Through the Driver’s Eyes, narrated by Dario Franchitti and driven by Continental Tire, debuts on Fox Sports 1 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Franchitti guides fans through this one-hour show that features unprecedented access with some of International Motor Sports Association’s (IMSA) top drivers and teams. It’s American sports car racing like you’ve never seen before.

“We are extremely proud of how the show came together,” said Travis Roffler, director of marketing for Continental Tire. “The access that the teams and drivers granted us was amazing and the show is a true reflection of their commitment to the sport.

“And to have the unique perspective of, Dario Franchitti, a three-time champion and racing icon, narrating the show, is amazing. It’s a perspective that many people don’t get to see and we think fans will enjoy it.”

In conjunction with Marty Snider & Associates, Continental Tire brings fans some of the most unique paddock content ever seen. In addition to at-track action, drivers like Scott Pruett open their homes and shops to fans.

Cook breakfast with Wayne Taylor Racing’s, Jordan and Ricky Taylor, watch CORE autosport plan their pit strategy and attend a Ganassi Racing team meeting meant only for drivers, engineers, managers and Chip Ganassi himself.

Fans will also hit the tennis court with No. 01 ESM Tequila Patron driver, Ryan Dalziel, do a little street luge with Andy Lally, driver of the No. 44 Magnus Racing Flex-Box Porsche 911, and find out how much preparation went into Action Express Racing capturing the 2014 Rolex 24 At Daytona win. It’s access like you’ve never seen!
