***Tequila Patron ESM is testing at Sebring this week, as the Scott Sharp-owned squad dials in its new HPD ARX-04b for this month’s race. The car debuted with revised, lighter bodywork Tuesday, while the team also ran last year’s HPD ARX-03b, reportedly to use as a baseline. Sharp, Ryan Dalziel, Johannes van Overbeek and Ed Brown are all on hand for the two-day test.

***GT Le Mans cars have been at the Windshear wind tunnel in Concord, N.C. this week undergoing aero evaluation. According to IMSA, the data gathered will benefit the Balance of Performance process in the future. It’s understood no changes will be made to the BoP for Sebring following its release last month.

***Porsche factory driver Patrick Long and Howie Idelson held the second Luftgekühlt event last weekend in Los Angeles. The car show, based around the admiration of air-cooled Porsches from 1948-1988, saw a large turnout of machinery, including Bruce Meyer’s Le Mans-winning Porsche 935 that he drove through the streets.

***Additional drivers are expected to be confirmed for the Twelve Hours of Sebring, following the release of the entry list today. A total of 47 cars are currently listed for the March 21 event, which will mark the second round of the Tequila Patron North American Endurance Cup.
