As the 53rd Rolex 24 at Daytona enters its final two hours, three cars have a shot at the overall win.

The No. 10 Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette DP leads at the 22-hour mark with Max Angelelli behind the wheel, before the Italian hands over to Jordan Taylor for the finish.

Meanwhile Scott Dixon is set to carry the No. 02 Chip Ganassi Racing Riley-Ford home, and the defending race champion No. 5 Action Express Racing Corvette DP is also in with a shot. Sebastien Bourdais is currently behind the wheel.

Both the No. 01 Chip Ganassi Racing Riley-Ford and No. 60 Michael Shank Racing Ligier JS P2 Honda have seen their charges halted in the last two hours.

Sage Karam brought the No. 01 car in after reporting the clutch was slipping. The car is now behind the wall for repairs and out of contention.

Meanwhile the Shank Ligier had reported left front suspension issues, and returned to the track with Ozz Negri taking over for Matt McMurry.

CORE autosport still leads in Prototype Challenge, with the No. 52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports and No. 16 BAR1 Motorsports entries having swapped second place a couple times in the 22nd hour with Rolex 24 rookies Andrew Palmer and Martin Plowman, respectively.

The attrition war that has been the day in GT Le Mans now sees the No. 25 BMW Team RLL BMW Z4 GTE and No. 3 Corvette Racing Corvette C7.R in win contention, with Dirk Werner and Antonio Garcia behind the wheel.

The second Corvette – the No. 4 driven by Tommy Milner – runs third but is out of realistic win contention following a freak accident exiting the infield at turn 6.

A prototype almost stopped on corner exit, Milner contacted it, and the front-right damage forced the car in for repairs. Co-driver Simon Pagenaud runs third, but five laps back of the class leaders.

Meanwhile GT Daytona is setting up as a three-way fight between the No. 93 Riley Motorsports Dodge Viper GT3-R and No. 22 Alex Job Racing Porsche 911 GT America, which are on the lead lap, and the No. 63 Scuderia Corsa Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 which is a lap back and will need a caution for help.

Also of note, the No. 009 TRG-AMR Aston Martin Vantage GT3 has soldiered on after stopping on track twice, the No. 73 Park Place Motorsports Porsche 911 GT America retired due to a gearbox issue, and the No. 44 Magnus Racing Porsche 911 GT America resumed after it hit an opossum.
