Onroak Automotive is set for a further expansion into the Far East, with the French manufacturer announcing that it will open an Asian branch at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia.

The new facility, which will be situated inside the circuit, will be utilized for support for both customers in the Asian Le Mans Series and the new Asian Le Mans Sprint Cup, which kicks off next month.

Support will be provided for its CN, LMP3 and LMP2 models.

“It’s important for us to be present on the spot, not only as a constructor which supplies cars for the two series, but also to support this project and to become involved with the local teams and players,” said Onroak President Jacques Nicolet.

“Opening this branch at Sepang means we’ll have a human and technical presence [on-site], and by setting up a supply system of spare parts, we’ll make it easier for our clients to organize things while we continue our on-going quest to give them the greatest possible satisfaction.”

The workshop will open next month.
