Henrqiue Chaves’ fastest time from the opening day of the European Le Mans Series test at Paul Ricard went unbeaten in the final day of running on Tuesday.

The AVF by Adrian Valles driver posted a time of 1:41.018 in Session 3 on Monday evening, remaining quickest throughout the second day’s seven hours of testing which were affected by rain showers.

The Silver-rated Portuguese driver shares the team’s No. 30 Dallara P217 Gibson with Konstantin Tereschenko.

Ben Hanley was the second fastest driver at the test, driving the DragonSpeed Oreca 07 Gibson, and also set his best time on Monday.

The quickest lap time on Tuesday was a 1:44.537 set by Gustavo Menezes in the APR Rebellion Racing Oreca during the morning session.

Egor Orudzhev went quickest in the afternoon’s final three-hour session, posting a 1:47.824 in his SMP Racing Dallara.

Weather conditions meant Monday’s fastest times in LMP3 and GTE were also unbeaten.

Alexander Toril set the pace in LMP3 with his DKR Engineering Norma M30 Nissan with a time of 1:51.365, while Gianluca Roda led GTE for Proton Competition with a 1:54.628.

United Autosports and Krohn Racing set today’s best times in LMP3 and GTE, respectively.

The field returns to action later this week for the first race of the season at Paul Ricard. Free Practice gets underway on Friday morning ahead of the four-hour race on Sunday.
