Following a top-five finish in this year’s championship, Race Performance could expand to a two-car effort in the European Le Mans Series that would include an all-new LMP2 coupe. (En Français)

The Swiss squad, led by Michel Frey, is fresh off a post-season test at Estoril with its Oreca 03 Judd, which is set to return next year.

While the team has not ruled out a program in the FIA World Endurance Championship, an expanded effort in the ELMS is possible, although no decision has been made on the second, brand-new chassis.

Frey earned “Gentleman Driver of the Year” honors in this year’s ELMS, and has reaffirmed plans to return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans next year. It would mark the team’s sixth appearance in the twice-around-the-clock French endurance classic.
