The FIA World Endurance Championship is set to see a further boost to the LMP2 field, with a second Oreca 05 Nissan expected to join the grid beginning at Circuit of The Americas in September. (En Français)

Sportscar365 understands details of the yet-to-be-announced program will be announced in the coming weeks.

The French manufacturer is coming off a commanding class victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with KCMG, which took delivery of a second Oreca 05 chassis prior to the race.
