Belgian Audi Club Team WRT holds control of the Hankook 24 Hours of Dubai with four hours remaining in the around-the-clock enduro.

The No. 19 Audi R8 LMS of Michael Meadows has a two-lap lead over Marc Basseng’s No. 28 Land Motorsport Audi, in race that  has gone the way of the German manufacturer, despite some issues.

Basseng’s car lost nearly six laps overnight after it ran out of fuel while in the lead.

A similar issue cost the No. 26 Konrad Motorsport Lamborghini Huracan GT3 a potential runner-up finish too, with Fabio Babini grounding to a halt near pit-in.

The Konrad entry now runs six laps behind in fourth, behind the No. 16 Black Falcon Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3.

There has been one further Code 60 in the recent hour, but other than that, no major issues, as teams head into the home stretch.
