Stefan Muecke and Richard Lyons will complete Craft-Bamboo Racing’s lineup for next month’s FIA GT World Cup at Macau, the team confirmed Thursday.

Aston Martin Racing factory driver Muecke will take the wheel of an AMR-owned Vantage V12 GT3 chassis for the Nov. 19-22 event.

It will result in the German missing the final round of the FIA World Endurance Championship in Bahrain, which takes place on the same weekend.

“It is great to be back in Macau this year,” Muecke said. “It is an amazing event on the craziest street circuit and will be my second race with Craft-Bamboo in 2015.

“After our podium finish in Bathurst we want to be at the very top of the podium in the FIA GT World Cup final.”

Veteran open-wheel and sports car driver Lyons, meanwhile completes the team’s three-car lineup, which includes the previously announced car for Darryl O’Young.

“I never thought I would get the chance to race at the inaugural FIA GT World Cup in Macau,” Lyons said.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for me and I will be focused on delivering the best results in the hope of being able to take the overall title.

“Working with Craft-Bamboo Racing this year has shown me what a professional team they are and this gives me even more confidence that we can be successful in November.”
