After three consecutive sessions led by Kessel Racing, it was Abu Dhabi by Black Falcon that led the way in the fourth and final Free Practice session in Abu Dhabi, ahead of tomorrow’s Gulf 12 Hours.

Maro Engel led the way in the session, which was extended to nearly 90 minutes, with the German reeling off a best lap of 2:10.015 in the No. 1 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 to go quickest of the weekend thus far.

Engel edged out the No. 44 Oman Racing Team Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 of Jonny Adam by 0.012 seconds, with the No. 11 Kessel Racing Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 of Davide Rigon in third.

Quickest in the Pro-Am class was the No. 51 AF Corse Ferrari, while the No. 65 Kessel Ferrari led the way in the Gentlemen class.

The Porsche Cup class was again topped by the No. 20 MRS-GT Racing Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car.

After an incident-filled FP3, that saw nearly half of the session red-flagged, FP4 ran without any major dramas.

Qualifying gets underway at 4:15 p.m. local time.

RESULTS: Free Practice 4
