The entry list for the 69th edition Total 24 Hours of Spa has been released, the blue riband event of the Blancpain GT Series, featuring 66 cars and factory involvement from several manufacturers.

The Pro Cup is once again the biggest class of the field and welcomes a record 36 entries, with Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Jaguar, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, Nissan and Porsche all represented.

The list features no major surprises, with all season regulars and previously announced one-off entries signing up for the world’s biggest GT3 race.

A couple of projects are still in the pipeline and might be announced at a later date, including an additional Aston Martin V12 Vantage entered by Aston Martin Brussels.

In the Pro Cup Pierre Kaffer is the third driver in the No. 76 Audi Sport Team ISR next to Kelvin van der Linde and Frank Stippler, while Rolf Ineichen replaces Norbert Siedler behind the wheel of the No. 19 Grasser Racing Team Lamborghini Huracán GT3.

Nick Catsburg, who won the event in 2015, rejoins ROWE Racing in the No. 98 BMW M6 GT3 next to Bruno Spengler and Tom Blomqvist.

In Pro-Am, Nikki Mayr-Melnhof returns to the No. 3 WRT Audi, while Jeroen Bleekemolen, Maximiliaan Götz and Renger van der Zande add their experience to the Black Falcon Mercedes-AMG GT3s lineups.

The Pro-Am Cup features 23 entries, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 and Ferrari 488 GT3 seemingly the cars of choice, while the Am Cup sees a small increase to seven cars, of which two Porsche 991 Cup cars entered in the Group N subclass.

Track action starts on Tues. July 25 with the Bronze Test. Thursday sees the Free Practice, Pre-Qualifying and Qualifying sessions (including a two-hour night session), and on Friday the 20 fastest cars will compete in the Super Pole to determine the starting grid.
