Landmann Joins GRT for Remainder of Season

With Martin Matzke still recovering from his pre-season testing accident, Grasser Racing Team has been forced to revise its driver lineup for the remainder of the Blancpain Sprint Series season. (En Français)

Beginning with next weekend’s round at Brands Hatch, Stefan Landmann will join Sascha Halek at the wheel of the No. 27 Lamborghini Gallardo FL2.

Landmann is a former winner in ADAC GT Masters, while also having competed in VLN and the Nurburgring 24. The entry will compete for Pro-Am class honors.

Tomas Enge had subbed for Matzke in last month’s season-opening round in Nogaro, which saw the pair notch a 9th place result in the Qualifying Race.

GRT’s second Lambo is expected to be driven again by Jeroen Bleekemolen and Hari Proczyk, although the Dutchman is expected to miss at least one round due to his commitments in the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship.
