After dominating last month’s round at Road America, the Acura TLX-GT has been hit with Balance of Performance adjustments ahead of this weekend’s Pirelli World Challenge round at Mid-Ohio.

The pair of RealTime Racing-run Acuras have been given a 30kg increase in minimum weight and a reduction in top-end boost for Rounds 14 and 15 of the PWC season.

It comes after Ryan Eversley’s sweep of the weekend at Road America with the G3-homologated car, the only of its kind in the largely GT3-based GT category.

BoP changes have also been made to both the previous-generation Audi R8 LMS ultra and Cadillac ATS.V-R as well, with the Audi getting a further 10kg weight break and the Cadillac facing a slight reduction in top-end boost, compared to Road America, which ran to Category B BoP regulations.

Mid-Ohio, as well as next round at Utah Motorsports Campus are Categort C tracks, which was last used at Lime Rock Park in May.

Still, the Cadillacs have a slight boost increase compared to the levels it ran at Lime Rock.

Official practice for the Mid-Ohio GT/GTA/GT Cup round gets underway on Friday.
