Boris Said will complete Turner Motorsport’s driver lineup for the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship season-opening Rolex 24 at Daytona, it was announced Monday.

Said, who was recently downgraded to Silver driver rating, will join Platinum-rated Andy Priaulx and full-season drivers Markus Palttala and Michael Marsal in the No. 97 BMW Z4 GT3 car.

“I am so excited to be back with Turner Motorsport for the my fourth appearance in the blue and yellow BMWs,” Said explained. “I have raced on and off for Turner over the years and in my opinion they are one of the best sports car teams in the world.

“Now that I am a BMW dealer myself and I am a proud customer of Turner it makes it even more special to be a part of Will’s team.”

The team took part in the third and final day at the Roar Before the Rolex 24 with Palttala at the wheel following a late decision to attend the test.
