The entry list for this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans has been released with a capacity total of 60 cars set for the French endurance classic on June 16-17.

The grid includes an equal split of prototypes and GTE cars with LMP2 the largest class at 20 entries.

Ten LMP1 cars, all competing in the full FIA World Endurance Championship season, will fight for the overall victory with eight non-hybrid cars alongside the pair of Toyota TS050 Hybrids.

Three LMP2 constructors are represented and the seven full-season cars will be joined by an additional 13 entries for Le Mans.

This includes two additional Jackie Chan DC Racing x Jota-run Ligier JS P217 Gibsons alongside the team’s full-season Oreca 07 Gibsons, bringing its car count up to four.

David Cheng and Jacques Nicolet are the nominated drivers for those entries, awarded courtesy of the teams’ LMP2 and LMP3 class titles in the 2017/18 Asian Le Mans Series.

Seventeen cars will contest GTE-Pro at Le Mans with two additional cars from Ford Chip Ganassi Racing and Porsche each, plus a pair of Corvette C7.Rs and an extra AF Corse Ferrari 488 GTE.

The nine-strong full-season GTE-Am field will be joined by a further four cars, meanwhile.

This includes entries from European Le Mans Series competitors Ebimotors, JMW Motorsport and Proton Competition plus the Keating Motorsports Ferrari.

The ACO confirmed a total of nine reserve entries, including American outfits Scuderia Corsa, Krohn Racing and BAR1 Motorsports, which are fifth, sixth and ninth, respectively on the list.
