Driver lineups from the U.S. and Spain are among the first five entries confirmed for the inaugural FIA Motorsport Games being held at Vallelunga in November.

Spencer Pumpelly and Rob Ferriol will represent Team USA in the nation-based competition, with the pair set to drive an AF Corse-prepared Ferrari 488 GT3.

The duo recently joined the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge grid with a Moorespeed Audi R8 LMS GT4, while Pumpelly is also Ferriol’s driver coach for the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama series.

Team Spain will be represented by Alvaro Lobera and Fernando Navarrette, who contested this year’s Total 24 Hours of Spa and also compete as teammates in their national touring car series.

Neither the U.S. nor Spain took part in last year’s FIA GT Nations Cup, which acted as a precursor to the multi-discipline FIA Motorsport Games competition.

The Olympic-style event will see countries accrue medals across six categories of motorsport including GT, Formula 4, TCR, drifting, e-sports and kart slalom.

GT driver lineups from Hong Kong and Belarus have also been confirmed, while Russia became the first nation to independently announce its full roster of competitors last month.

Team Hong Kong will be represented by a Honda NSX GT3 Evo driven by KCMG team principal Paul Ip and Super GT regular Marchy Lee.

The Belarussian entry features the father-son driving combination of Alexander Talkanitsa Sr and Jr in an AT Racing Ferrari, operating with support from AF Corse.

Both this pairing and Russia’s previously-announced lineup of Rinat Salhikov and Denis Bulatov took part in last year’s Nations Cup, which was held in Bahrain.
