Even though SRO hasn’t released a provisional entry list yet, Endurance-Info and Sportscar365 take a look at the confirmed and possible entries for the upcoming season.

At the moment there’s already the potential for a 40-car GT3 grid, nearing the average of 43 entrants last season, knowing nonetheless that some programs are still being finalized and several additional teams and cars might join on a race-by-race basis.

This provisional list features several of the stalwarts of the past seasons, with WRT defending the honor of Audi, HTP and M-Sport representing Bentley and Black Falcon and Nissan GT Academy Team RJN moving up to the Pro Cup.

Grasser Racing Team returns to the Endurance Series with two factory Lamborghini Huracans, while Von Ryan is filling the void left by ART GP for McLaren, and AF Corse is once again leading the Ferrari battalion.

Several new teams are arriving or returning to the series after a short absence, such as I.S.R. (Audi), Car Collection (Mercedes), DragonSpeed (Ferrari), AKKA-ASP (Ferrari), Kessel Racing (Ferrari) and Team Russia by Barwell (BMW).

Stéphane Ratel has been pushing hard for more entries in the combined Blancpain GT Series by making the full amount of prize money available to those entering both Endurance and Sprint.

Sprint teams BMW Team Brasil and Bhaitech (McLaren) have expressed interest in adding BES to their programs.

2015 will also be a transition year, as Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Ferrari and Lexus are working on new machinery.

The Blancpain Endurance Series has always been on the forefront of receiving the latest GT3 cars, and 2015 marks the arrival of at least the McLaren 650S GT3, Lamborghini Huracan GT3, the updated Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3, as well as the new Audi R8 LMS GT3, which could debut as early as March, during the official test days.
