The second round of the Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup will take place at Brands Hatch this weekend, with a 34-car provisional entry list released on Monday.

ENTRY LIST: Brands Hatch

The same 34 cars from last month’s first Sprint Cup round at Misano will take part for the British round, albeit with several driver changes.

Robin Frijns is listed on the entry list to return to the No. 17 Team WRT Audi R8 LMS, having missed the Endurance Cup opener at Monza with an injury.

Antonio Felix da Costa will join ROWE Racing in the No. 99 BMW M6 GT3 alongside Phillipp Eng, after missing the opening Sprint Cup round. The Portuguese driver is set to complete the season with the team.

Strakka Racing has brought in David Fumanelli to fill in for the injured Nick Leventis, racing alongside Lewis Williamson in the No. 42 McLaren 650S GT3 running in the Pro-Am Cup.

The 34-car entry includes 23 cars competing for overall honors in the Pro class, joined by five Silver Cup entries and six Pro-Am cars.

Maxi Buhk and Franck Perera currently hold an 18-point lead in the Blancpain GT Series standings having won the main race at Misano and secured third at Monza.

They are trailed by fellow HTP Motorsport driver Jimmy Eriksson in second, with Bentley Team M-Sport driver Vincent Abril one further point behind in third.

Blancpain GT track action gets underway on Saturday, May 6, with both the qualifying race and main race on Sunday, May 7.
