The lineups for HTP Motorsport’s three Mercedes-AMG GT3 entered in the Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup have been confirmed, which sees German motorsports legend Bernd Schneider rejoin the team for 2016.

As previously announced, reigning series champion Maxi Buhk will remain with the team for a fifth season, but joined by Dominik Baumann in the No. 84 Mercedes-AMG GT3.

The German-Austrian duo won the 2012 FIA GT3 European Championship, when the pair competed in a Heico Motorsport-entered Mercedes SLS AMG GT3.

Schneider rejoins HTP, with the 51-year-old teaming with Jules Szymkowiak. The 20-year-old Dutch driver took the spotlight on a couple of occasions last season when competing behind the wheel of one of HTP’s Continental GT3s.

The third and final car sees two other familiar HTP faces, as Clemens Schmid and Jazeman Jafaar will share the No. 85 Mercedes-AMG GT3.

Schmid raced with HTP in the ADAC GT Masters last year, while Jafaar competed in the 2014 Total 24 Hours of Spa with the team.

All three Mercedes-AMG GT3 are entered in the Pro Cup.
