The full-season British GT Championship entry list has been released during the annual Media Day at Donington Park, with a capacity field of 36 cars set to take part in the series including 13 GT3 entries.

It is the series’ biggest field since 2014 and has been capped at 36 cars due to pit lane restrictions at smaller venues such as Oulton Park and Snetterton, although additional entries are expected for the Silverstone and Spa rounds.

ENTRY LIST: British GT Championship

Several factory drivers will be on the grid this year, including a huge commitment from Aston Martin with five of its six GTE-Pro pilots set to race in the series.

Yelmur Buurman and Rob Bell are also on the entry list, in the ERC Sport Mercedes-AMG GT3 and Balfe Motorsport McLaren 650S GT3, respectively.

New McLaren signings Joe Osborne and Ben Barnicoat will compete in the GT4 field with Tolman Motorsport and Track-Club.

Reigning champion Rick Parfitt Jr. is back with Team Parker Racing but will be reunited with Ryan Ratcliffe, who replaces outgoing co-driver Seb Morris.

GT4 remains the largest class at 23 cars, including no fewer than eight manufacturers.

The BMW M4 GT4 and Mercedes-AMG GT4 will make their first appearances in the series while the Jaguar F-Type SVR GT4 will make its racing debut in an exclusive program to British GT with Invictus Games Racing.

The season will get underway with the traditional Easter weekend event at Oulton Park on March 31 – April 2.
