The Blancpain GT Series will host 55 GT3 cars for its second British round in as many weeks, as the Endurance Cup heads to Silverstone this weekend.

ENTRY LIST: Silverstone

The entry list has seen several changes since Monza, with the pair of ROWE Racing BMW M6 GT3s the most notable addition.

The German team elected to skip the Monza round to focus on the Nürburgring 24 Qualifying Race, which fell on the same weekend.

Meanwhile, Walkenhorst Motorsport has added a second BMW to its entry, running in the Am Cup.

The fourth and final new addition is the return of Garage 59, which announced on Monday it would run a single Am Cup-entered McLaren 650S GT3 at Silverstone and Spa.

This is in addition to Strakka Racing’s four McLarens, including the No. 42 car which has a new lineup of Oliver Webb, Alvaro Parente and Lewis Williamson for Silverstone, and so has been upgraded to the Pro Cup.

Team Zakspeed has an altered lineup in its No. 32 Mercedes-AMG GT3, while Robin Frijns returns to Team WRT having been sidelined for Monza with an injury.

Rory Butcher replaces Andrea Bertolini in the No. 53 Spirit of Race Ferrari 488 GT3, owing to the Italian driver’s pre-existing commitments in the European Le Mans Series.

Butcher, along with Nathanael Berthon, has chosen Silverstone over the Four Hours of Monza.

Following an impressive sweep at Brands Hatch last weekend, Grasser Racing Team’s Christian Engelhart and Mirko Bortolotti currently lead the overall Blancpain GT standings, with Maxi Buhk and Franck Perera five points down.

Track action at Silverstone kicks off on Friday afternoon, with the race scheduled for 2:55 p.m. local time on Sunday.
