Marc VDS Racing Team will return to the Blancpain Endurance Series this month. The Belgian team will compete in the 1000 KM race at Circuit Paul Ricard on June 20.

The team will enter a single BMW Z4 GT3 in the third round of the series, as it prepares to take on the Blancpain Endurance Series’ blue-riband event, the 24 Hours of Spa.

Lucas Luhr, Maxime Martin and Markus Palttala will share the cockpit of the BMW in France, though a Marc VDS spokesperson added that no decision has been made yet on the lineup for the Belgian endurance classic.

In 2013, the last time Marc VDS Racing Team took part in a Blancpain Endurance Series race at Paul Ricard, the No. 3 BMW Z4 GT3 of Bas Leinders, Yelmer Buurman and Maxime Martin claimed victory.
