GPX Racing is set to run an all-factory Porsche lineup in next month’s Total 24 Hours of Spa, as part of the manufacturer’s increased focus on the Belgian enduro.

Michael Christensen, Kevin Estre and Richard Lietz are expected to share the Emirati team’s single Porsche 911 GT3 R, with its usual Silver Cup trio not taking part in the Blancpain GT Series and Intercontinental GT Challenge powered by Pirelli centerpiece.

Christensen and Estre were recently crowned World Endurance GTE drivers’ champions, while Lietz finished third in the standings, with all three having been part of Porsche’s title-winning FIA World Endurance Championship campaign.

GPX, meanwhile, has run Jordan Grogor, Ben Goethe and Stuart Hall in the Blancpain GT Endurance Cup so far this year.

Sportscar365 reported earlier this week that as many as nine Porsches could be entered at Spa, including several lineups made up entirely of factory or Young Professional drivers.

ROWE Racing also publicly confirmed plans to run a third car at Spa for Nick Tandy, Patrick Pilet and Fred Makowiecki, in addition to its two full-season cars which feature Porsche’s year-long IGTC driver trios.

KÜS Team75 Bernhard is also set to run a factory lineup of Timo Bernhard, Earl Bamber and Laurens Vanthoor, meaning there will be at least five all-works Porsche lineups on the grid.

This is in contrast to last year’s race, which only factory lineups in a single car each from Team75 Bernhard and Manthey Racing.
