The Total 24 Hours of Spa was restarted following a lengthy red-flag period shortly after the halfway mark, with Philipp Eng leading for Walkenhorst Motorsport.

The race got back underway behind the safety car with 11 hours, 53 minutes on the clock, while the green flag flew four laps later.

It was halted following an incident, or possibly separate incidents, at Raidillon, involving Andy Meyrick and Juergen Krebs.

Both drivers are conscious and were taken to the infield medical center.

Eng is followed by Yelmer Buurman’s Mercedes-AMG Team Black Falcon car in second, with Daniel Juncadella and Frederic Vervisch in third and fourth.

David Fumanelli is behind the wheel of the No. 42 Strakka Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the lead of the Pro-Am Cup field, while Rik Breukers is in the Silver Cup-leading Barwell Motorsport Lamborghini Huracan GT3.

Patrick Kujala leads the Am Cup field in the No. 77 Barwell car, meanwhile.
