Herberth Motorsport led the Hankook 12H Spa-Francorchamps into the overnight intervention, spearheading a group of six cars still on the lead lap after five rain-affected hours of racing.

The No. 91 Porsche 911 GT3 R, driven by Jason Hart, Scott Noble and Ralf Bohn, held a lead of 37.395 seconds over the No. 69 RD Signs Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo of Audrius Butkevicius, Nicola Michelon and Paulius Paskevicius.

The Lithuanian squad started the race from eleventh on the grid but worked its way up the order, aided by a strategic call to extend its final stint in the closing stages of the first portion of the race.

Similarly, the No. 34 Land Motorsport Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II of Dr. Johannes Kirchhoff, Tim Vogler, Wiggo Dalmo and Max Edelhoff recovered its way back up third after an early gamble to pit under Code 60 backfired.

It finished 6.070 seconds clear of the No. 12 Car Collection Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R of Hash, Alex Fontana, Ivan Jacoma and Yannick Mettler.

The black and gold liveried Porsche started from third after being demoted from pole position post qualifying and took the lead on the opening lap.

However, a ten-second lead was lost in the refueling area, while a pair of spins cost further time.

The No. 85 CP Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo and No. 90 E2P Racing Porsche were the last cars to finish on the lead lap, with the latter aided by a late Code 60 that allowed it to pit for fuel at the end of an extended stint.

In GT4, the No. 424 Lionspeed GP Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport of Jose Garcia, Daniel Miller, Patrick Kolb and Dennis Bohn holds a one-lap lead over the No. 416 Buggyra ZM Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4 driven by Aliyyah Koloc David Vrsecky and Adam Lacko.

The remaining seven hours of the Hankook 12H Spa-Francorchamps kick off Sunday at 10:50 a.m. CEST (4:50 a.m. EDT).
