X-ONE Signs Wong, Haryanto for Blancpain GT Asia

X-ONE Racing has signed Vincent Wong and Andrew Haryanto to pilot its Lamborghini Huracan GT3 as the newly-founded team enters the Blancpain GT Series Asia.

The team confirmed its entry in January, with plans for team owner Benjamin Fischer and former F1 driver-turned-team principal Domenico Schiattarella to drive the car.

This has now changed, with Wong and Haryanto set to share the wheel, while Fischer and Schiattarella take up purely managerial roles.

Haryanto’s experience comes from the Lamborghini Super Trofeo, having been recently crowned the Am class champion.

Wong meanwhile came fifth in the same category but has experience in Absolute Racing’s Bentley Continental GT3 as well as the Audi R8 LMS Cup and Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific series.
