FIA Finalizes 2019 Driver Ratings

The FIA has finalized the 2019 driver ratings list, with several key reclassifications following appeal and adjustments by the international motorsports governing body.

Initially released on Nov. 16, drivers had a two-week period to appeal any provisional changes, with the selection committee also electing to re-classify several drivers that were not adjusted in the draft 2019 list.

The noteworthy revisions are highlighted below:

Rating Changes by Committee:
Dean Canto — Gold to Silver
David Donohue — Silver to Bronze
Jordan Pepper — Silver to Gold
Michael Lewis — Silver to Gold
Marco Seefried — Gold to Silver

Rating Changes by Successful Appeal:
Nico Bastian — Gold to Silver
Daniel Morad — Gold to Silver
Markus Pommer — Gold to Silver
