AO Unveils ‘Skeleton’ Liveried Cars for Petit Le Mans

AO Racing’s pair of IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship entries will run in special ‘skeleton’ liveries for next weekend’s season-ending Motul Petit Le Mans, as part of early Halloween celebrations for the team.

Both the No. 77 Porsche 911 GT3 R of Laurin Heinrich, Klaus Bachler and Michael Christensen, as well as the LMP2 points-leading No. 99 Oreca 07 Gibson driven by PJ Hyett, Dane Cameron and Jonny Edgar, will sport special ‘Skeleton Rexy’ and ‘Skeleton Spike’ designs for the ten-hour enduro at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

Additionally, the Illinois-based squad has requested fans to show up in costumes for its ‘Autograph Extravaganza’ in the Road Atlanta paddock on Fri. Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. EST.
