Forte Racing will remain part of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s GTD class for a third consecutive season in 2025, it has been confirmed.

The California-based squad will once again field the No. 78 Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2, with drivers for the effort to be confirmed at a later date.

Forte made its full-season WeatherTech Championship debut last year after years of success in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America.

It scored a standout result at Motul Petit Le Mans, where Misha Goikhberg, Loris Spinelli and Patrick Liddy took a class victory in the ten-hour finale at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

Goikhberg and Spinelli stayed on as the team’s full-season pairing for 2024 and were joined by Devlin DeFrancesco for the Michelin Endurance Cup rounds, including at this weekend’s Battle on the Bricks at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The No. 78 Lamborghini scored its first podium finish at the recent Michelin GT Challenge at VIR, placing Goikhberg and Spinelli sixth in the drivers’ standings with two races remaining.
