Christopher Haase and Ezequiel Perez Companc will complete Starworks Motorsport’s lineup for next month’s Rolex 24 at Daytona.

The pairing join the previously announced duo of Ryan Dalziel and Parker Chase in the team’s Audi R8 LMS Evo for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season-opener.

Team owner Peter Baron said he was “proud” to have Haase and Companc complete its endurance lineup.

“Both have had fantastic results and bring the pace we need to win,” he said. “The competition is pretty intense in the GTD and I now believe we have one of the best line-ups by adding Chris and Ezequiel.

“We tested two weeks ago with Ryan, Parker, and Ezequiel and had great results. We have a great team environment, which I believe is one of the keys to victory.”

Haase, an Audi Sport customer racing factory driver, previously worked with Baron at Montaplast by Land Motorsport, in helping steer the German squad to victory in October’s California 8 Hours at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

“I am really happy to join Starworks Motorsport with Peter Baron,” said Haase. “The 24 Hours At Daytona is a prestigious race, and I already participated five times there.”

Companc, meanwhile, will make his debut with the Florida-based team, having been confirmed for the entire four-round Michelin Endurance Cup alongside Dalziel and Chase.

The Argentinean, who competed in the Blancpain GT Series and ADAC GT Masters, took part in this year’s Rolex 24 at the wheel of a Grasser Racing Team Lamborghini.

“Everything will be new for me except the Rolex,” he said. “I felt really comfortable with my new teammates, the team, and the car during the test in December, which my first time in an Audi. I am sure we will be fighting on top.”

While not yet officially confirmed, Chase is expected to complete the WeatherTech Championship season alongside Dalziel.
