Jordan Pepper has announced his departure from Lamborghini following a five-year stint with the Italian manufacturer, including three years as a factory driver.

The South African shared the news on Sunday on social media, stating that he’s moving onto a “new chapter and adventure for 2026 and beyond.”

Pepper was promoted to works driver status in 2023 and earned a number of accolades, including victory in this year’s CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa in Grasser Racing Team’s Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2.

“From the start of my journey with K-PAX in the U.S. in 2021 until my last race in Barcelona with GRT I was lucky enough to have racked up 19 wins, 43 podiums in total,” wrote Pepper.

“Winning in every series, a chance to drive a Hypercar in Le Mans, making my DTM debut and getting my first DTM win, a win in Petit Le Mans and most importantly winning the 24 Hours of Spa.

“A special thanks to all my teammates over the years, I was lucky enough to achieve so much success with everyone. You all pushed me to be better and hungrier each and every weekend, chasing success.

“To all the teams who I drove for, thank you for everything. From the triumphs and successes to the heart breaks, I always felt I had the support and backing of everyone. Lots of memories made and friendships gained.

“Last but not least to everyone in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Thank you.

“I am incredibly proud with what we were able to achieve together, and grateful to everyone back at the factory who was apart of all the successes.

“Our journey has come to an end together but the respect for everyone remains their as we go on to race as competitors in the future.”

Pepper has been linked to a potential move to BMW, although the German manufacturer has yet to confirm its works driver roster for next year.
