The 2012 European Le Mans Series champions has re-enlisted in this year’s championship again in the LMP2 class, with two of its three drivers already confirmed.
Both Pierre Thiriet and Ludovic Badey will contest the five-round ELMS season and are set to be joined by a Platinum-rated driver. The identity of that driver should be announced shortly.
In addition, the French squad has applied for an entry to Le Mans, which would be the team’s third consecutive if granted.
LMP2 will not be the only program on the menu for TDS, as they plan to take part in the Blancpain Endurance Series with at least one BMW Z4 GT3 in the Pro-Am Cup class. A second car is strongly being considered, with the driver lineup to be announced in a few days.
TDS could also take part in the Gulf 12 Hours as well as next year’s 24 Hours of Dubai.
