Nicolai Sylvest will continue with Larbre Competition, with the 18-year-old Dane having been confirmed for next month’s Six Hours of Shanghai.
The F3 veteran made his FIA World Endurance Championship debut last weekend at Fuji, filling in for Kristian Poulsen in the team’s Corvette C7.R, which finished a season-best fourth in the Japanese round.
Sylvest will again team with full-season drivers Paolo Ruberti and Gianluca Roda in the GTE-Am entry, with Poulsen again having business commitments.
“I’m sure he will be able to build on everything he’s learnt in Fuji and keep improving,” team boss Jack Leconte said.
