Engel, Marschall Headline Updated 12H Mugello Entry List

Mugello 12H entry list features Maro Engel, Dennis Marschall, among others….

Next weekend’s Michelin 24H European Series season opener at Mugello will feature established drivers including Maro Engel and Dennis Marschall.

Marschall will lead Proton Competition’s effort to retain their title in the 24H European Series in its Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo.

The German, who most recently won the Asian Le Mans Series GT title with Kessel Racing, will be joined by reigning European Series drivers’ champions Manuel Lauck and Jörg Dreisow, as well as Constantin Dressler.

Proton’s will be joined on the grid by a further two Porsche entries from Herberth Motorsport.

Herberth, winners of the most recent 24H Series Middle East Trophy in GT3 Pro-Am, have named Ralf Bohn, Rolf Ineichen and Alfred Renauer in the No. 91 car.  Its No. 269 entry will include Max Moritz, Vincent Kold and Robert Renauer.

Era Motorsport returns for its second season in 24H Series competition with the familiar lineup of Oliver Bryant, Dwight Merriman, Ryan Dalziel and 2024 British Touring Car Champion Jake Hill. It will field the sole Ferrari 296 GT3 on the grid.

Vasily Vladykin is the only driver currently named in Continental Racing by Simpson Motorsport’s Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II. HAAS RT, which will also compete in Audi machinery, will see father-and-son duo Peter and Nicolas Guelinckx behind the wheel.

The third Audi on the grid, Sainteloc Junior Team’s No. 18 car, have a five-strong driver squad of Pierre Kaffer, Michael Doppelmayr, Elia Erhart, Ernst Inderbitzin and Stephane Tribaudini.

Mercedes-AMG will be well represented on the Mugello grid with a total of six Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evos. MP Racing will compete return to the 24H Series at its home event. Thomas Gostner will join his children David, Corinna and Manuela in the No. 56 car.

Hofor Racing will see husband and wife duo Alexander and Chantal Printz joined by Chantal’s father Michael Kroll, along with Maximilian Partl and Torsten Kratz in its Mercedes-AMG.

Yet another Mercedes entry, Viper Niza Racing, will field the familiar grouping of Douglas Khoo, Melvin Moh and Dominic Ang in the No. 65 Mercedes-AMG.

Ajith RedAnt Racing has confirmed Tamil actor Ajith Kumar will return to the 24H European Series alongside Kobe de Breucker and brothers Ayrton and Yannick Redant.

Mercedes-AMG stalwarts GetSpeed is set to enter a pair of cars. GetSpeed Team PCX Racing’s No. 28 Mercedes-AMG will see Mercedes-AMG factory driver Engel supporting Benjamin Paque, Jordan Boisson and Patrick Charlaix.

GetSpeed’s sister entry, the No. 286 GetSpeed Team JR286 entry, will feature Patrick Liddy, Jonathan Hirshberg, Andres Latorre and Adam Osieka.

Aston Martin’s only Vantage GT3 Evo will be run by E2P Racing with Oliver Campos, Antonio Sainero and Pablo Burguera driving.

ARC Bratislava will field another family centered driver crew with Miroslav Konopka joined by sons Matej and Adam.

The 992 class will be comprised of ten Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars for Mugello’s season opener.

Last year’s winners Red Camel Jordans.nl will retain the regular quartet of Ivo Breukers, his sons Rik and Luc Breukers, plus Fabian Danz.

RPM Racing, which took 992-Am class honors in 2025 will see the return of longtime co-drivers Nic Jonsson and Tracy Krohn plus Philip Hamprecht.

Seblajoux Racing will enter a further two cars. The team took third overall in the 992 class in Mugello last year.

Mühlner Motorsport bring its No. 921 Porsche with Martin Rump and Conrad Tox Leveau entered thus far.

HRT Performanc will bring a trio of Porsches. Italian team The Driving Experiences and Chazel Technologie Course complete the 992 cup field.

The GTX class will see three cars battle for class victory. Vortex V8 were scheduled to enter a pair of Vortex 2.0s, but will now field just its No. 701 machine, reducing the overall entry list to 30 cars instead of the previously-announced 31.

The TCE-TCX battle will consist of Not Only Motorsport’s Ligier JS2 R competing against asBest Racing’s SEAT Leon Cup Racer.

The weekend will be supported by action from Creventic’s newly-named Prototype Cup Europe, as well as Radical Cup Europe and TCR Europe.

The opening round of the Michelin 24h Series kicks off on March 20-22 at Mugello.

The 12-hour race will take part across two days, with the first five-and-a-half hours taking place on Saturday, before an overnight break and the final six-and-a-half hours concluding the race on Sunday.
