The FIA GT World Cup will return to Macau this year, the FIA confirmed Friday during the latest World Motor Sport Council meeting.

The second edition of the event, scheduled for Nov. 19-20, will again see some of the world’s best GT3 drivers, teams and manufacturers in action.

Maro Engel was crowned champion in last year’s inaugural event.

As a result of the confirmation, the FIA will launch invitations to tender for a single tire provider and for a single fuel provider for the event.
