Stephen and Brenton Grove will reunite with Mercedes-AMG factory driver Jules Gounon for a fresh attempt at the Gulf 12 Hours, with GetSpeed Performance operating the entry.
The three drivers will pilot the No. 4 Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo for the event at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit, which will take place on Dec. 14.
Last year, the Groves and Gounon entered the race in a 2 Seas Motorsport-run car, but early contact with ARC Bratislava’s Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo resulted in suspension damage.
That curtailed the competitive run for the trio, which eventually finished the race in 17th overall, 22 laps down.
GetSpeed has one previous appearance at the Gulf 12 Hours to its name, finishing fourth overall with an Al Manar Racing by Getspeed-entered car driven by Al Faisal Al Zubair, Luca Stolz and Fabian Schiller in 2022.
As previously confirmed, Mercedes-AMG will also be represented at the event by Winward Racing and Tigani Motorsport.
