Tigani Motorsport has announced that it will make its debut in the Gulf 12 Hours next month, fielding a single Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo spearheaded by Brendon Leitch and Jayden Ojeda.

The team is a regular competitor in GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS and has also often featured in the Megiuar’s Bathurst 12 Hour.

For its first run in the Gulf 12H, the team will run a single Mercedes-AMG entry, with Mercedes-AMG junior Ojeda joining Leitch as well as team regulars Sergio Pires and Marcel Zalloua.

Leitch took a Silver Cup class victory with Wall Racing at Bathurst earlier this year and regularly raced against Ojeda, Pires and Zalloua in a Melbourne Performance Centre-run Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II in GTWC Australia.

“We’re really looking forward to having Brendon as part of the Tigani line-up at the Gulf 12 Hours,” said team owner Nathan Tigani.

“He’s been one of the top Pro drivers to watch in GT World Challenge Australia, and we’ve seen enough to know he’ll fit right into the team and be quick straight away.

“Alongside Sergio, Marcel, and Jayden, we’re pretty excited about our chances of going to Abu Dhabi and coming home with some trophies.”
