Rinaldi Racing will represent Germany and Russia with a two-car entry into the inaugural FIA GT Nations Cup at Bahrain later this year.
The German team will field two Ferrari 488 GT3s in the event on Nov. 30 – Dec. 1, with a pair of drivers representing their country in each car.
Rinat Salikhov and Denis Bulatov will compete in the Russian-entered car, while Alexander Mattschull and Nico Bastian will compete in the German entry.
Salikhov and Mattschull are regulars in Rinaldi’s Blancpain GT Series program, while Bulatov and Bastian competed with AKKA ASP in the series this year.
Grove Racing and AKKA ASP have also confirmed entries for the race, representing Australia and France, while WRT is also expected to announce an entry shortly, for Belgium.
