Reigning Pirelli GT4 America Silver class champion Kevin Boehm has made the switch from Random Vandals Racing to AutoTechnic Racing for the upcoming season.

Boehm, who shared the 2025 title with longtime co-driver Kenton Koch, will instead team up with former IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge GSX champion Francis Selldorff in AutoTechnic’s No. 51 BMW M4 GT4 EVO.

Stevan McAleer, meanwhile, will return to the GT4 America grid in the team’s Pro-Am entry alongside Roland Krainz in the No. 19 BMW.

“This lineup represents a great opportunity for our program,” said team owner Rob Driscoll.

“Having both Kevin, the reigning Silver champion, and Francis, the previous VPRC (GSX) champion in one car and a veteran of Stevan’s caliber paired with Roland’s speed and consistency in the other creates an environment that benefits all four drivers.

“With all four drivers having experience in the BMW M4 GT4 EVO, we will be ready to hit the ground running in Sonoma and win some races.”

Two-time TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School champion Boehm was initially targeting a move up to GT World Challenge America powered by AWS with Koch, although the deal is understood to have fallen through.

Instead, he will embark on his fourth season in the highly competitive GT4 America series.

“Joining AutoTechnic Racing for this title defense is an incredible opportunity,” said Boehm. “The team’s technical resources and the EVO platform provide the perfect foundation.

“Partnering with Francis creates a really strong synergy, and we are both focused on keeping the Silver class trophy in the BMW family.”

Selldorff, a former Turner Motorsport driver, added: “Having raced against AutoTechnic Racing the past few years, I know how strong of a program they have, and with Kevin coming off a championship last year, I’m looking forward to what we can accomplish together.”

2022 Silver class champion McAleer, meanwhile, will spearhead the lineup in the team’s Pro-Am entry, marking his return to the series.

“I’m super excited to join Roland in the Pro-Am class,” he said. “He is one of the first people I met when I came to the States almost 20 years ago and I’ve been working with him since the very beginning through multiple race series.

“We have built a tremendous friendship, and now to share driving duties with him in a very competitive class is incredible.

“I also look forward to another challenge with AutoTechnic Racing and building into their already very strong SRO program.

“It’s been a few years since I was in SRO, but a previous winner of the Pro-Am class, I think Roland and I can fight for wins and a championship in our first shot.”

The GT4 America season gets underway at Sonoma Raceway next weekend.
