Dinamic Motorsport has confirmed its continuation in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup Pro class along with the signing of Klaus Bachler.
The Italian squad, which joined the series in 2019, will return with its No. 54 Porsche 911 GT3 R for the upcoming five-round campaign which includes the Total 24 Hours of Spa.
Bachler, who drove for ROWE Racing last year, will team up with the retained Christian Engelhart and Matteo Cairoli.
The 29-year-old Austrian worked with Dinamic during the team’s maiden GTWC Europe season, sharing the No. 54 Porsche with Andrea Rizzoli and Zaid Ashkanani.
In 2020 Bachler drove for several Porsche outfits in European competition, including KÜS Team75 Bernhard in ADAC GT Masters, Falken Motorsports at the Nürburgring 24 and ROWE in the Imola and Spa rounds of GTWC Europe Endurance Cup.
So far this year he has represented Wright Motorsports in the Rolex 24 at Daytona, and Herberth Motorsport in the 24H Dubai and the ongoing Asian Le Mans Series.
Last season Engelhart, Cairoli and Sven Mueller won the 6 Hours of the Nürburgring and finished on the Spa podium on their way to placing third in the overall drivers’ standings.
Dinamic also ran a Porsche in the Silver Cup category, but has so far only announced a Pro effort for its 2021 campaign.
