The No. 88 Reiter Engineering Gallardo Extenso GT3 topped the opening session of the Blancpain Endurance Series test at Paul Ricard.
The No. 88 car, piloted by Peter Kox, Tomas Enge and Bernhard Müller, posted a time of 1:56.018 early on in the four-hour session, more than a second clear of the rest of the field.
The Oman Racing Team Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 came in second (+1.160s), with the No. 23 Nissan GT Academy Team RJN in third (+1.381s) and the No. 75 ISR Audi fourth (+1.458s).
The second Reiter entered car, the Camaro GT3, also did well by posting the fifth time (+1.657s), while the No. 20 AKKA ASP was the first of the Ferraris in P7.
Testing resumes with a three-hour session this afternoon.
