Former Lamborghini factory driver Christian Engelhart will race one of Dinamic Motorsport’s Porsche 911 GT3 Rs in the GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup.
The German will team up with Matteo Cairoli and Porsche factory driver Sven Mueller in the first of Dinamic’s Porsches, running in the Pro class at all five races.
Engelhart was a long-time driver for Grasser Racing Team and remained with the Austrian outfit after losing his Lamborghini factory driver status towards the end of the 2018 season.
This makes up the first announced lineup for the Italian team, which made its GT3 debut last year and ran Klaus Bachler, Zaid Ashkanani and Andrea Rizzoli throughout the Endurance Cup, before running a factory lineup at the Kyalami 9 Hour.
Sportscar365 understands that the team still plans to run three cars in total for the Endurance Cup season, as discussed back in November.
It’s possible that a second car could run in the Pro class, but the third entry is almost certainly set to be a Pro-Am or Am Cup entry.
