The Lamborghini Huracan GT3 is set for its Nürburgring 24 debut, with at least one of the Italian bulls set to compete in the hands of Konrad Motorsport.
Team boss Franz Konrad confirmed to Sportscar365 that a single Huracan GT3 will run in the May 28-29 race, with a to-be-announced driver lineup.
The German squad will also take part in pre-season VLN rounds in the build up to the race, with a dedicated car to be allocated for the effort.
Konrad has also laid out plans to contest the entire Blancpain Endurance Cup with two Huracan GT3s, with Josh Webster, Christopher Zoechling and Terry Borcheller confirmed as the first set of drivers.
The team currently has a single Pro-Am Cup car entered for the season-opener at Monza, although Konrad said they are working on a Pro Cup entry as well.
Konrad will take delivery of two new Huracan GT3s, with the two chassis that the team utilized in the Rolex 24 at Daytona and Twelve Hours of Sebring returning to Europe.
One of the IMSA cars was on loan from Lamborghini, Konrad said.
