Maximilian Buhk will be back behind the wheel of the No. 84 HTP Motorsport Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 this weekend at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.

The reigning Blancpain Endurance Series champion had been suspended following an incident in the ADAC GT Masters round at the Slovakia Ring, forcing him to sit out the Blancpain Sprint Series race in Slovakia, as well as the ADAC GT Masters race at the Nürburgring this weekend.

The incident has been reported to the disciplinary committee of the German motorsport federation DMSB, but HTP Motorsport today announced the case has been dismissed. As a result the 21-year-old German will be allowed to race at Portimao this weekend with teammate Maximilian Götz.
