The FIA World Endurance Championship has issued an updated entry list for Sunday’s Bahrain rookie test, featuring several noteworthy additions to the field.

Although the size of the entry for the one-day test that follows Saturday’s season finale remains constant at 28 cars compared to last week’s initial draft, there are a number of extra drivers named in both Hypercar and LMGT3.

In Hypercar, newly-unveiled AF Corse Ferrari signing Phil Hanson joins his 2025 teammate Yifei Ye aboard the No. 83 499P, while Larry ten Voorde and Antonio Serravalle join the roster for the No. 99 Proton Competition Porsche 963.

Serravalle was announced earlier in the year as a Proton reserve driver, having previously raced for Isotta Fraschini, and is seen as a candidate for a race drive for the German squad’s expected two-car Porsche effort in 2025.

In LMGT3, current Manthey EMA Porsche driver Yasser Shahin has been listed against both the No. 59 United Autosports McLaren 720s GT3 Evo and the No. 60 Iron Lynx Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2.

Elsewhere, TF Sport Corvette driver Sebastien Baud is set to join Shahin in the No. 60 Lamborghini, while also sampling the No. 95 United McLaren, while Team WRT BMW driver Darren Leung will try out the No. 59 McLaren.

Two Americans, Bronze-rated Edmond Barseghian and Silver-rated Corey Neveau, will sample the No. 85 Iron Dames Lamborghini.

The two Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3s both have several new Bronze-rated drivers listed against them: rally driver Bernardo Sousa, sometime Champ Car driver Fabrizio del Monte, Stefano Gattuso and Motopark team owner Timo Rumpkfeil.

One driver previously listed against the No. 78 Akkodis ASP Lexus RC F GT3, Silver-rated Paul Evrard, is absent from the latest entry list.

Sunday’s test is set to comprise two sessions, one running from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. local time and the other from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
