The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R, Lexus RC F GT3 and Porsche 911 GT3 R have all received weight increases ahead of next weekend’s IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship race at Road America.

Released on Thursday in a Balance of Performance update, the Corvette, which claimed a breakthrough 1-2 finish last time out at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, will be 20 kg heavier in Wisconsin.

The Lexus, meanwhile, has been given a 15 kg weight increase with the Porsche getting 10 kg of additional weight.

The changes mark the first significant BoP adjustments to the GTD Pro and GTD classes since the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring in March, where only the Ford Mustang GT3 was since given a power increase heading into last month’s Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen.

IMSA has once again tweaked the BoP for the GTP class, with the Cadillac V-Series.R getting the biggest weight increase, in the form of 13 kg, since Watkins Glen.

The Porsche 963 will be 10 kg heavier at Road America, with both cars getting a 2 kW (2.68 hp) increase in power.

While the Acura ARX-06 gets a 5 kg weight increase, the BMW gains 1 kW of power.

Maximum stint energy adjustments, meanwhile, have been made to all four GTP class models.
