Paul Miller Racing has retained Bryan Sellers and Madison Snow for its move up to the GTD Pro class in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, while relying on BMW factory talent to complete its lineup for the Michelin Endurance Cup rounds and the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

As previously reported by Sportscar365, the Georgia-based squad will step up to the GTD Pro category with a single BMW M4 GT3 after a successful 2023 campaign that saw Sellers and Snow take five class wins en route to the GTD class title.

Both Sellers and the newly Gold-rated Snow have been retained by the team and will form the full season driver lineup aboard the No. 1 car.

“We are looking forward to stepping up to GTD Pro in 2024 and competing against truly some of the best of the best in sports cars,” team owner Paul Miller said.

“It will certainly be a challenge, with the teams in GTD Pro having access to full factory driver lineups and factory support beyond what you see in GTD, but I know we’re up for it.

“I have full faith in our program and I believe the consistency of our organization, with Bryan and Madison having raced together since 2016 and entering our third year with the BMW will be a huge benefit as we take on this new test.”

Sellers and Snow will be joined by BMW M Motorsport factory driver Neil Verhagen for the Endurance Cup rounds.

It will be the Connecticut-born driver’s first foray into the WeatherTech Championship after previously competing mainly at the Nürburgring Nordschleife as well as in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup.

For the Rolex 24 at Daytona, the team’s lineup will be completed by a second factory driver in Sheldon van der Linde.

The 2022 DTM champion held a role as the Endurance Cup driver aboard the No. 25 BMW M Hybrid V8 in the GTP class this past season, notably scoring the car’s first overall podium at the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring in March.

“We’re thrilled to have two such accomplished drivers for BMW join our driver lineup in 2024,” team manager Mitchell Simmons said.

“Both Neil and Sheldon are incredible talents and I think you would be hard pressed to come up with a better driver lineup for this BMW M4 GT3 than the four guys we have now.

“The step up to GTD Pro isn’t going to be easy by any means, but having a group of four really incredibly fast drivers will certainly make it a little bit easier. I look forward to welcoming them to the team and hopefully getting good results with them.”
