Alliance Racing Confirms First Driver Pairing

Alliance Racing has announced the first driver pairing for its Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America program with Andre Lagartixa and Will Edwards set to team up for the upcoming season.

“It’s great to have our first driver combination locked and loaded for the 2024 season,” said team manager Brandon Graham.

“We will have another driver duo to announce in the coming days, but the season is fast approaching and coming together for us pretty quickly.”

Competing on track last weekend in Las Vegas, Lagartixa and Edwards began their 2024 campaign off with a win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

In their first race as a pair, the duo topped the podium taking the victory.

“I am happy to finally have my 2024 season sorted and ready to go,” said Lagartixa. “We had a great first outing and look forward to additional tests before our first green flag of the season.

“It was great to work with Will, and I think together we will make a dynamic duo.”

Edwards added: “Back in a race car and so happy. I have been out of the seat for a while working on the business side of motorsports, but this opportunity has allowed me to be back in the seat.

“Shook the rust off last weekend in Las Vegas and feel more confident than ever.”

The Super Trofeo North America season kicks off at Sebring International Raceway next month.
