Mercedes-AMG has added Maxime Martin and Jayden Ojeda to its roster of factory drivers for the 2025 season.
While Ojeda has frequently driven Mercedes-AMG machinery in recent years, headline signing Martin joins shortly after it was announced that he would depart BMW after a second tenure as a factory driver with the Munich brand.
Separately, GetSpeed Performance confirmed that the Belgian will make his Mercedes-AMG debut when he joins the team’s GTD Pro effort at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, driving alongside Anthony Bartone, Fabian Schiller and Luca Stolz.
Additionally, the Belgian will form part of Iron Lynx’s LMGT3 effort in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Martin and Ojeda join an existing lineup of drivers consisting of Ralf Aron, Philip Ellis, Maro Engel, Maximilian Goetz, Jules Gounon, Mikael Grenier, Schiller and Stolz.
Notably, Gounon will remain contracted to Mercedes-AMG despite signing on to a full-time role with Alpine in WEC while Daniel Juncadella has left after a lengthy relationship with the brand that started in DTM in 2013.
Mercedes-AMG has further stated that its lineup of drivers “will gradually be extended.”
