Nicky Catsburg will return to LMP2 competition, joining Nielsen Racing’s single-car Oreca 07 Gibson effort for the six-round Asian Le Mans Series season.
The Corvette factory driver is set to share the British squad’s No. 24 car with Naveen Rao and Matt Bell.
Catsburg, a regular in GT racing, stepped into LMP2 racing at this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans when he drove with CrowdStrike Racing by APR.
He returns to Asian Le Mans after a year’s absence, having won the GT title with Walkenhorst Motorsport in 2023.
Bell and Rao, meanwhile, are set to resume their partnership from this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans.
There, the two drivers shared a Cool Racing-entered Oreca in the LMP2 Pro-Am category, going up against Catsburg with a lineup that also included Frederik Vesti.
The Asian Le Mans season kicks off with a double header at Sepang International Circuit on Dec. 7-8.
